Shipping policy
All orders are packed by myself in Finland. Current processing time is 1-7 business days. Standard shipping does include tracking number, but the tracking STOPS after leaving Finland’s borders. I ship WORLDWIDE, if your country is not in available while checking out, please contact me.
Estimated Shipping time
ALL orders sent to EU and UK are shipped as a PRIORITY letter mail. Orders shipped outside of EU/UK are shipped as a priority mail if under 50g (2-3 putties) or as an economy letter mail if over 50g. Upgraded shipping options available at checkout. Estimated shipping times:
- EU/UK: 6-12 business days from the time the parcel has been dropped off to the post office.
- OUTSIDE OF EU PRIORITY: 6-14 business days from the time the parcel has been dropped off to the post office.
- OUTSIDE OF EU ECONOMY: 12-24 business days from the time the parcel has been dropped off to the post office.
Please note
Deliveries might be delayed for 2-3 business days from the initial shipping estimates especially during the holidays. These delays are unfortunately out of my control. I ask you for your understanding in the case your order takes longer to arrive to your destination. Please be patient and prepared for the long waiting time. I’m one person run business.
